1 Product introduction

BCU is the main controller of battery management system. By collecting the information of cell voltage, temperature and current sensor collected by slave BSU, it can make intelligent protection control. It has the advantages of strong anti-interference ability and high reliability. It can be applied to lithium batteries with different chemical properties, such as ternary materials, lithium iron phosphate, lithium titanate, nickel-hydrogen batteries, etc. It is used in various bus electric vehicles, power station energy storage, logistics vehicles and other occasions.

  • Maximum support for 16 slave BSU sampling and management.
  • High-precision charging and discharging current sampling.
  • Insulation Monitoring.
  • Hardware battery overvoltage, undervoltage, overtemperature protection.
  • Intelligent estimation of battery SOC based on battery voltage and current.
  • Supports two CAN communications, one with the vehicle controller, one with the charger.
  • Support two RS485 communications, one communication with the host computer (or display screen).
  • There are six relay outputs. 
  • 2-way switch signal input.
  • Support CC, CP, CC2, ON, CHG_P signal detection and activation of charging gun.
