Basing on years development and operating experience, GP48340A HF power system is a newly-designed product of Gold Power, which is of high performance and high reliability. The system adopts full bridge soft switch technology which greatly enhances the efficiency. It is also of wide rage of input voltage and operating temperature, high efficiency and the hot swap make it is easy for maintenance.

Cautions on electricity
1. High voltage
Danger! |
Part of the component will be with high voltage during system operation. It will be fatal in the case of contacting the component with hand bare or with damp material |
The installation of AC power devices shall be strictly in accordance with field provisions.
Only staff with qualification of high voltage, AC power operation can undertake relevant
operation. The operator can't wear conductible object such as watch, ring and bracelet on
wrist. Immediately power off once water or dampness is found in cabinet.
If the operation is under damp environment, cabinet shall be rigidly prevented from the
moisture. Ban of switch on shall be hanged out if switch and button are not permitted to
switch on during installation.

The operation of high voltage may cause fire disaster or electric shock. The wiring of AC cables shall strictly comply with local provisions. Only staff with qualification of high voltage, AC power operation can undertake relevant operations. |
2. Tools
Danger! |
Special tools rather than common tools or self-bring tools shall be chosen for operation under high voltage or AC power. |
3. Storm
Danger! |
Operations of high voltage, AC power, iron tower and mast are prohibited under lightning storm. |
The will be strong EM field in atmosphere under lightning storm. So duly GND shall
be implemented in case of device damaged by lightening.
4. ESD

The static generated by physic will damage the ESDS on circuit board (IC of large scale). So ESD wrist shall be taken along during device, flashboard, circuit board, IC chip contact. And make proper GND at one end of ESD wrist. |
5. Short circuit
Danger! |
Short circuit of positive and negative of DC distribution or that caused by GND of non-GND pole is forbidden. As the power system is DC of constant voltage, the short circuit will get the device burned and cause disaster. |
Polarity of cable and terminals shall be strictly checked before operation with DC power.
Operation space of DC distribution is compact, and it should be planed before operation
undertaken. The operator can't wear conductible object such as watch, bracelet and ring
on wrist and tools for insulation shall be adopted. During the operation, the hand,
wrist and arm shall be in a state of activation to make minimum free distance if tools are loosened.

6. Battery

Safety notes of battery handling and connection method shall be acknowledged before battery operations. |
The nonstandard operation to battery will cause danger. So operator should be cautious
of short circuit or electrolyte overflow which may be a potential threat to device by
corrupting metal object and circuit board thus damage the device and cause circuit board
short circuit. Following notes are for operation safety:
Take off conductible objects such as the watch, bracelet and ring.
Use specific insulation tool and eye-protecting fixture and make preventive measures.
Wear the rubber groove and apron in the case of electrolyte overflow.
The battery electrode shall face up during handling. Inversion and slope are forbidden.

3 Fastening of signal cable

The signal wire shall be wrapped separately from wires of strong current or high voltage at distance of at least 150mm. |
