1 .Product introduction

BMU01 is a battery management system integrated with collector voltage acquisition, temperature acquisition, current acquisition, charge and discharge control and communication. It has the advantages of strong anti-interference ability and small size. It can be applied to lithium batteries with different chemical properties, such as ternary materials, lithium iron phosphate, etc. It is used in various electric low-speed vehicles, field vehicles, motorcycles and other occasions.

  • Small size and low power consumption.
  • Support 32 series lithium battery voltage sampling and management.
  • Support 32 series lithium battery passive equalization.
  • Support 8-channel temperature acquisition.
  • High-precision charging and discharging current sampling.
  • Software and Hardware battery overvoltage, undervoltage, overtemperature protection.
  • The battery SOC is estimated intelligently according to the battery voltage and current.
  • Supports two-way CAN communication and can communicate with motor controller or charger.
  • It supports one RS485 communication, one of which is used to communicate with the host computer.
  • There are four relays with low side output.
  • There are two trunk outlets.
  • Two-way switch signal input.
  • Supporting fast charge, slow charge gun and temperature detection
